Shelby Web & Mobile Redesign

As an independent project, I redesigned Shelby’s web and mobile platforms to modernize its digital presence while celebrating the brand’s racing heritage. In addition to a bold visual revamp, I restructured the entire menu and navigation system and simplified the shopping flow to make product discovery and checkout faster and more intuitive. The result is a performance-inspired digital experience that strengthens usability, accessibility, and customer engagement across devices.

Challenge

Shelby’s digital presence was outdated and poorly structu-red. The menu system was confusing, visuals failed to reflect the brand’s prestige, and the mobile experience was nearly absent. Together, these issues weakened usability and left the brand’s legendary heritage underrepresented in the digital space.

Objective

As an independent school project, I set out to redesign both the web and mobile platforms. My goal was to modernize the interface, rebuild the menu and navigation system from the ground up, and create a bold, performance-inspired visual language that echoed Shelby’s racing DNA while ensuring usability across devices.

Result

The redesign introduced streamlined information architecture, simplified the shopping flow, and delivered a responsive visual system aligned with Shelby’s heritage. In internal evaluations, the project was rated highest for both usability and overall satisfaction, demonstrating how thoughtful design can elevate brand experience and accessibility even for a legacy automotive brand.
